The first issuance is expected to take place in the\u00a0first quarter of 2026. This initiative reinforces the company\u2019s commitment to sustainable financing and to the integration of\u00a0ESG (environmental, social and governance) criteria\u00a0into its business strategy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">The bonds will be linked to sustainability targets and structured in accordance with the\u00a0Sustainability-Linked Bond Principles\u00a0published by the\u00a0International Capital Markets Association (ICMA).
