Transparency in management
Ence puts at the disposal of its shareholders, investors and stakeholders all financial information necessary to display the status of the company at the INVESTORS section of this website.
It contains both the annual Financial Statements and Quarterly Reports and other necessary documentation which is also published on the website of the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV, Spanish acronym).
In recognition of the quality of the information provided by our company in this specific section, in 2017, Ence received the AECA Award for Business Transparency in the category of companies listed on the IBEX Medium and Small Cap. The award recognizes the quality, accessibility, usability, the contents and presence of the information disseminated by our company in our website.
Ence also publishes its Sustainability Reports, documents that show the company’s most relevant information in terms of sustainability and responsibility from the economic, environmental and social point of view.
Our commitment to transparency also involves publishing in our website the Quality certification according to the international standard ISO 9001 and the Environmental certification according to the ISO 14001 held by our biofactories of Navia (Asturias) and Pontevedra and the certificate of affiliation to the EU Environmental Management and Auditing System (EMAS) both centres, to which we are voluntarily adhered.
We also publish, on an annual basis, the Environmental Statements of our biofactories taking into account the requirements established in the environmental management standard UNE-EN ISO 14001 and Regulation (EC) 1221/2009 of the European Union for Eco-management and Eco-auditing Scheme.
