In February 2011, Ence adopted the TQM (Total Quality Management) as a model of cultural transformation and management practices. For this purpose, and with the involvement of the company’s Senior Management, Ence decided to develop a model of Management Excellence, based on quality, efficiency, people and constant improvements as an essential aspect of our know-how.

The model is structured based on pillars which facilitate understanding and implementation:

  • Leading improvement
  • Process management
  • Management of daily activity
  • Change management

Since its introduction as a management model, the company has made significant progress under the TQM system, and continues to work under these principles pursuing excellence in management.
