Code of conduct and Management Policy
Ence has approved and published its code of conduct and its Management Policy, documents that collect the ethical pillars of our corporate culture. They set out the principles that the company unilaterally commits to follow, and they reflect our commitment to behaviour both within the company and with other stakeholders.
By drafting and publishing the Code of Conduct and Management Policy, Ence consolidates its position as a socially responsible company, working for full compliance with the requirements of good governance of the Spanish Securities & Exchange Commission (CNMV, Spanish acronym) and making transparency one of our focal points of action, both internally and in our interaction with the environment.
