Today the bases of the Framework Agreement of Collaboration of Magnon Green Energy with San Juan del Puerto have been published, and the deadline has been opened for social groups, companies and professionals of this Huelva town to present the projects with which they want to participate in this annual call for aid endowed with 100,000 euros.
Until next August 5, all interested people can submit their proposals in the municipal registry of the San Juan consistory in person or online.
Individuals and legal entities that carry out their activities in the municipality of San Juan del Puerto, are legally constituted and up to date with all their tax obligations can apply for these aids. The bases are available in the corporate channels of the City Council of San Juan del Puerto.
In the month of September, the monitoring commission that manages this agreement, composed on an equal basis of those responsible for the City Council and Magnon, will be in charge of studying each application to choose those that best meet the criteria established in the bases, and greater impact of social, economic or environmental improvement suppose.
The projects that request the aid must be framed in one of the areas defined in the bases that have been published today and that are: fight against exclusion and care of social welfare; recovery and care of the natural environment; promotion of entrepreneurship; sustaining sport and healthy lifestyle habits; and social and economic progress of the municipality of San Juan.
In 2021, practically the entire population of San Juan del Puerto, more than 9,000 people, benefited from one of the thirty initiatives that were beneficiaries of Magnon aid.
Last year it once again supported the most vulnerable groups, with special emphasis on health and educational quality. Sustainable energy consumption, sports, natural tourism in the nearest environment, and audiovisual works on topics of high social interest, were some of the initiatives that were promoted thanks to Ence´s collaboration.
For Magnon, this is proof of its commitment to the local communities around its energy activity, a fundamental criterion of its Sustainability policy.
