After seven years collaborating with the initiative, the Ence subsidiary reinforces its commitment to the local community, as part of its sustainability policy.
Christmas has been lit up a little more today in Huelva thanks to the commitment of Magnon Green Energy, its staff and three of its collaborating companies, which have managed to collect nearly 500 toys for the neediest families in the province. This act of solidarity, full of hope and enthusiasm, reaffirms for the seventh consecutive year the energy company’s commitment to the local community and recognises the efforts of the citizens’ movement that promotes “Huelva Es Solidaria”.
This morning, the Magnon plant in Huelva became a meeting point where members of the workforce, collaborating companies and company volunteers joined forces to ensure that no child in the province is left without a present this Christmas. The toys have been delivered to the Red Cross, the entity that distributes the donations of ‘Huelva Es Solidaria’.
For the past three years, Magnon’s auxiliary companies have been collaborating in this campaign. Specifically, in this year’s edition, Sajisa, Salvicón and Sumo,
Huelva es Solidaria’ collects new, non-violent toys for the neediest families in Huelva until 26 December. Afterwards, the Red Cross will be in charge of the personalised preparation of the deliveries that will go back to the most needy homes thanks to the donations that will be sent to the most needy families.
