Remuneration of auditors
Auditors’ remuneration: In fiscal year 2024, the amount of fees accrued by KPMG Auditores, S.L. for work in Ence and its controlled companies amounted to a total of 342,000 euros, of which 75,000 euros correspond to services other than auditing, which are broken down in the Audit Committee’s Report on the independence of the external auditor. A breakdown of the services and amounts is included in the aforementioned Report (to which the external auditor’s statement is attached)
