Committees

The Board of Directors has established the following Committees:

• Appointments and Remunerations Committee.
• Executive Committee.
• Audit Committee.
• Sustainability Committee.

The Corporate Governance Report for the year 2023 provides detailed information on the functions of these Committees and other data of interest.
