Code of Conduct and Corporate Policies
Ence has approved and published its Code of Conduct, a document drafted on a voluntary basis that includes the ethical pillars of the company’s culture. It sets out the principles that the company unilaterally commits to follow, and it reflects its commitment to behaviour both within the company and with other stakeholders.
By drafting and publishing the Code of Conduct, Ence consolidates its position as a socially responsible company, working for full compliance with the requirements of good governance of the Spanish Securities & Exchange Commission (CNMV, Spanish acronym) and making transparency one of our focal points of action, both internally and in our interaction with the environment.
