October 1, 2015.– The Board of Ence – Energía y Celulosa has resolved to distribute to shareholders a dividend of 0.044 euros per share. With this decision, the company complies with the statements made in the relevant statement last day July 21, 2015.
The payment of the dividend will take place on October 7 and represents a yield of 1.52% on the value of the Ence stock market opening day of the communication of payment. The total amount to be distributed amounts to 10.9 million euros.
The distribution of this dividend payment joins the 10 cents per share that Ence made on 8 May and representing a return for shareholders of the company of approximately 3%.
During the first half of this year, the net result of Ence stood at 22.1 million euros. It notes that the company managed to multiply by about 14 EBITDA, which rose to 77.3 million between January and June. In the same period the capacity to generate operating cash flow of the company, amounting to 69.2 million euros, multiplying by 25 the registration of the first half of 2014 was confirmed when it was 2.8 million.
