Ence revalidates the Great Place to Work Certification

Ence – Energía y Celulosa, a company belonging to the industrial manufacturing sector, has achieved the Certification as a Great Place to Work for the third consecutive year, granted by the Great Place to Work® consultancy, leader in the identification and certification of Excellent Places to Work.

After a diagnosis of the organizational environment, which includes a global questionnaire for employees, the company has obtained this certification that certifies that Ence is an organization with a culture of high trust, capable of attracting and retaining talent.

Specifically, the results of the survey reveal the special assessment that its professionals make of fair treatment regardless of gender, race or sexual condition and the reception given to new hires; among other issues. As well as the contribution that the company makes to society –endorsed by 83% of Ence professionals-.

Among the main HR strategies implemented by Ence, its work to promote pride in working in the company stands out. Thus, 86% of our human team have expressed their desire to work at Ence for a long time.
