Ence opens the sixth call for applications for its Social Plan Pontevedra

Ence – Energía y Celulosa opens today the sixth call for its Social Plan for Pontevedra, whose deadline for applications will be open from today, June 19, until 23:59 on July 18, 2025. This Plan, with a total investment of three million euros per edition, is one of the most important private social initiatives in the country, and reflects Ence’s firm commitment to sustainable development and the well-being of its environment.

Since its launch, Ence’s Social Plan has already supported more than 1,400 projects, directly benefiting groups and citizens of Pontevedra, Marín and Poio. Through this call, Ence is once again committed to supporting initiatives that promote social inclusion, environmental sustainability, culture, entrepreneurship and sports in the region.

Presentation of applications and information channels

As on previous occasions, in this new edition of the Pontevedra Social Plan, applications for aid will be submitted through the web page www.plansocialence.es, where it will also be possible to consult the bases of this call and all the information of the previous ones. In addition, the company has set up an e-mail account (plansocialpontevedra@ence.es) and a telephone number (627 826 069) for any queries related to the Plan.

To facilitate the application process, the web platform will have an explanatory video and a detailed guide that will resolve the main doubts that may arise during the uploading of the information necessary to formalize the application. In this way, Ence reinforces its commitment to the accessibility and transparency of the process, ensuring that both individuals and entities can present their projects in a clear and simple way.

Likewise, applicants -both individuals and legal entities- must frame their initiatives within one of the established areas of action, with the following maximum budgets allocated:

Impact and commitment to sustainable development

Exceptionally, projects to be developed outside the main geographic scope of the call may also be submitted, provided that they have a positive impact and are especially linked to environmental conservation or forestry activities.

With this sixth edition, Ence reinforces its commitment to a responsible and sustainable development model, which puts people and their environment at the center of its activity.
