Ence – Energía y Celulosa, a company belonging to the manufacturing industrial sector, has obtained the Certification as a Great Place to Work, granted by the consultancy Great Place to Work®, a leader in the identification and certification of Excellent Places to Work.
After a diagnosis of the organizational environment, which includes a global employee questionnaire, the company has obtained this certification that certifies that Ence is an organization with a culture of high trust, capable of attracting and retaining talent. Thus, 3 out of 4 employees consider the company to be a Great Place to Work.
Specifically, the results of the survey reveal the special assessment that its professionals make of the fair treatment they receive regardless of their gender, race or sexual condition – endorsed by an average of 94% of Ence’s human team – and the contribution that the company realizes society —valued by 83% of professionals—; among other issues.
These aspects lead to the desire to work in the company for a long time of almost 90% of the employees, which supports the good atmosphere and the possibilities for professional growth that the company gives its staff.
