Supplier Registration
In ENCE Group we work continuously on the incorporation of new suppliers, actively collaborating with them in order to minimise risks and obtain mutually beneficial results.
To be part of our supplier network, please follow the steps bellow:
Your application will be revised by our purchasing department. Once revised, you will receive an email invitation to register as an ENCE supplier. You can Access the registration questionnaire with the link sent to your email or directly by Ariba Network.

Homologation
After the registration process, ENCE will send to you an approval questionnaire according to the categories of products and services of your main activity. You can access this questionnaire with the link sent to your email or accessing directly by Ariba Network.

Tenders
In our tendering process, we invite supplier that are registered with Ariba. We invite different suppliers, taking into account various criteria such as the performance in previous years, complexity of the service or supply or market diversification.
If you are invited to participate in one of our tenders, you will receive an email with the link to access to the tender directly. You will be able to access the tender going directly to the Ariba Network for suppliers.

Order and invoices
When ENCE send you an order, you will receive an email. Clicking on the “process order” button, you will be able to access the Ariba Network platform and view the contents of the order.
You can also manage the order accessing directly to Ariba Network.
The order management process and invoicing are as follows:
Order confirmation by the supplier: After receiving an order by ENCE, it is time to accept it by creating an order confirmation. In the following video you can watch how to make the confirmation.
If you are not a Spanish supplier and you belong to EEC, you must send a dispatch note with the INTRASTAT data if at least one item of the order corresponds to a material. In the following video you can see how to create a shipping notification.
Invoices: Once ENCE ordering party has received the materials and services, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt and the “Create invoice” button will be enabled within the order. At this point you will be able to register your invoices. In the following video you can see how to create an invoice.
In the following manual you will see the important issues to consider at each part of the process.
IMPORTANT: If you do not have the acknowledgement of receipt, the “Create invoice” button will not be activated for use. If you have already delivered the material or services to ENCE and do not have the acknowledgement of receipt, please contact the requesting ENCE user by email.
