Equal opportunities is one of Ence’s fundamental ethical pillars. The company is on the right track to achieve this, since thanks to the measures implemented it has managed to join the Ibex Gender Equality, the first index that measures the presence of women in managerial positions in Spanish companies and, in this way, the status of gender equality in them. The company is thus among the 30 Spanish companies that stand out the most in terms of equality.
