Ence has celebrated the eighth edition of the Referentes Awards, aimed at highlighting internal talent. This initiative adds to the distinctions that have made the group, which specializes in energy and pulp, a benchmark in people management. This is confirmed by the Top Employer and Great Place To Work certifications issued by two of the world’s foremost expert institutions in talent management.
The company, aware of the importance of having the best talent, has a Strategic People Plan 2024-2028 aimed at guaranteeing and consolidating the employee experience through a model that considers all phases of the Employee Journey: from attraction and recruitment, through onboarding and development, to performance and loyalty.
