November 22, 2017.- The Board of Directors of Ence has agreed to distribute a second interim dividend charged to the results of the fiscal year 2017 of 0.06 euros gross per share in cash, which represents an approximate gross amount of 14.7 million euros.

On September 6, Ence paid its shareholders a first dividend on account of 2017 of 0.061 euros gross per share, for a total amount of 14.9 million euros, as part of the new dividend policy approved by the Board of Administration of Ence last July.
