250 people have visited Magnon’s plants in the first half of the year 2023

A total of 250 people have visited the renewable energy plants that Magnon Green Energy, the Ence Group’s renewable energy subsidiary, has distributed in the autonomous communities of Andalusia, Castilla la Mancha and Extremadura, during the first six months of 2023.
From local associations to institutional visits, as well as groups of primary, secondary, high school and college students, have been able to learn about the operation of these renewable energy plants, fully aligned with the Group’s vision and its commitment to sustainability.

The visits have been carried out in two ways: the visitors have travelled to the company’s energy facilities or, on other occasions, company staff have travelled to explain the details of Magnon’s production processes, thus adapting to the circumstances of each particular case.

The company’s facilities have their doors open: in fact, Magnon encourages all educational centres, associations, institutions and interest groups to visit its plants and learn first-hand about the benefits of biomass for the production of electrical energy. It is a renewable generation technology that, compared to others, is manageable, as it does not depend on variable meteorological factors such as wind or water.

In this way, Magnon demonstrates its faithful commitment to the transparency of its activity and its proximity to the people living near its plants, for whom it is an important engine of growth. Through these initiatives, the company also collaborates with educational institutions and contributes to raising awareness of the environment and the planet.
Magnon’s plants are located in Huelva, Villanueva del Arzobispo (Jaén), Lucena (Córdoba), Mérida, Puertollano and Villarta de San Juan (Ciudad Real).
